Job Description
Hire Resolve is looking for a Talent Manager for our client in Klerksdorp, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
As a Talent Manager, you will partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract suitable candidates. Additionally, you will conduct thorough candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition strategies that include employee sourcing, attraction, recruitment, selection as well as onboarding
- Implement the required processes to ensure retention, motivation of competent, committed and engaged employees
- Management of internal communication and employee brand awareness
- Performance management and the productivity of employees
- Psychometric Assessments
- Data analysis
- Wellness and morale of engaged employees and teams
- The development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, career growth development strategies, tools and resources
- Talent management practices to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs
- Organisational development that include the focus on drivers of company culture
- Leadership Potential and development, coaching and mentorship
- Manage the development and implementation of Systems, Policies, Processes and Procedures to create and maintain a sound employee value proposition.
- Manage the performance of direct reports, offer guidance and support with the execution of their daily activities.
Requirements:
- Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA.
- 3 – 5 years proven experience as a Talent Manager.
- 1 – 2 years experience in the management of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advantage will be given to candidates with experience in the management of talent acquisition.
