About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join their team in Pretoria, GP. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing productivity and efficiency in manufacturing processes while ensuring the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work methods.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure adherence to operational and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance on new processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the design and layout of manufacturing facilities to maximize workflow.
- Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
