Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail or agriculture sectors.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
