About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in the Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a QMS Facilitator in Upington, Northern Cape for a 12-month contract. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5), following the official curriculum.
- Deliver both practical and theoretical instruction to learners, ensuring they are actively involved and understand the material.
- Track and evaluate learners’ progress, providing helpful feedback and assistance.
- Develop and share training resources, attendance logs, and assessment documents.
- Keep detailed records of attendance, assessments, and learner results.
- Assist learners with their workplace assignments and ensure they meet all the program requirements.
- Guarantee that the training program adheres to the standards set by SETA and QCTO.
Requirements
- Hold a qualification in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably at NQF Level 6 or higher).
- Be officially accredited as a facilitator with a current ETDP SETA certification.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation, ideally within quality management or similar programs.
- Have a strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Hold a qualification in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably at NQF Level 6 or higher).
- Be officially accredited as a facilitator with a current ETDP SETA certification.
