Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, cold call, and source new business opportunities
- Sell courier and logistics solutions to new clients across various industries
- Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate pricing
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients post-sale
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development / new business sales
- Courier or logistics industry experience is essential
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals
- Ability to sell a tangible service/product, not just relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-focused
- Proven Sales Track Record
