About the Role

As a Junior Sales Representative at Profile Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing key strategies to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and present value propositions through proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and actions plans.
  • Driving and achieving annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
  • Achieving/exceeding monthly/annual targets as set out in the monthly/annual budgets.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
  • 1-3 years’ of work experience.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence on all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Target driven and competitive.
  • Must be able to use their own initiative when it comes to developing new business by thinking out of the box.
  • Must have their own valid driver’s license and vehicle.
