About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the operations of our sugar cane, timber, and citrus farms in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and excellent management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain equipment and machinery for agricultural use
  • Manage daily farm activities, including crop monitoring and maintenance
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources, labor, and equipment
  • Develop and implement effective farming strategies to optimize yields and profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the agricultural field
  • Experience in sugar cane, timber, and citrus production
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team
  • Valid driver’s license and computer literacy
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Zulu and English languages
  • Maintenance-oriented with problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
