About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Lead to join our team at Psybergate in Gauteng. Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to define requirements and establish clear scope, creative briefs, and project plans.
Manage day-to-day delivery of design outputs, ensuring high-quality execution and an exceptional customer experience throughout each project.
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
Take ownership of the customer experience, constructively challenging decisions to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
Lead and coach multidisciplinary design teams to deliver unified, high-quality solutions.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to promote collaboration and efficiency.
Measure and report on the impact of design on customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

Completed IT / BSc degree or other related fields
+ 5 years’ experience in Product Design
Strong experience applying design thinking and user-centred design methodologies.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage design delivery end-to-end.
Experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
