About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, the CFO will provide insight-driven financial leadership and ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance across all business units. With over 12 years of operational finance experience and at least 8 years in senior financial management or executive finance roles, the ideal candidate will shape the financial direction of the organization, drive sustainable growth, and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligned with long-term business objectives.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets.
Provide strategic guidance on investment, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
Partner with the executive team to influence business strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, investors, and key business partners.
Drive a culture of high performance and accountability within the finance team and across the broader organization.
Lead M&A activities, business case evaluations, and other strategic initiatives as required.

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with Financial Services Provider (FSP) registration (Essential / Minimum)
Certificate or Diploma in Treasury (Recommended / Desirable)
MBA in Business Administration (Recommended / Desirable)
Fitness for Duty (Essential / Minimum)
Certified FAIS Professional (Recommended / Desirable)
Minimum 12 years in operational finance, with at least 8 years in senior financial management or executive finance roles (Essential / Minimum)

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
