Sous Chef | Durban | Luxurious Restaurant We’re seeking a skilled and passionate SOUS CHEF to join a dynamic, high-end culinary team in Durban. This is a unique opportunity to support the Head Chef in leading a culturally inspired kitchen that celebrates African fusion cuisine with global flair. As the restaurant embarks on an ambitious new chapter of growth, the ideal candidate will bring precision, leadership, and a deep commitment to consistency and speed of service. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, mentoring junior chefs, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations—while growing with a brand that aspires to become a world-class Afro-Mediterranean social dining destination.
