About the Role
RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced CIVIL / STRUCTURAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER to join a large well-established concern based in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. We require an individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to perform structural analysis and engineering calculations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations
- Develop project plans and oversee implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional ECSA registration is required
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet)
- Proficiency in CAD and Prokon Software Packages
- Ability to converse in Xhosa (an added advantage)
- Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle
- Grade 12 English / Afrikaans / Xhosa speaking
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
