About the Role
HotelJobs is seeking an experienced, guest-focused and hands-on Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury lodge in the iconic Sabi Sands. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and oversee multiple departments including F&B, Housekeeping, Guides and Maintenance
- Develop and motivate diverse teams
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform various administrative tasks and report to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury lodges or hotels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent financial understanding including budgeting, reporting and stock control
- Confident problem solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality qualification (advantageous)
