About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to join our team in Durban, South Africa. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations and ensuring adherence to production schedules. With your expertise in manufacturing industry experience and FMCG background, we are confident that you can drive productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Shift Operations and ensure adherence to Production Schedules
  • Train and evaluate Shift Staff
  • Monitor and improve Productivity, Quality and Safety Standards
  • Implement and maintain ISO standards
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years’ experience as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR or similar Role
  • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in related Field
