About the Role

A Trade Tested Electrician is required for a position in Durban, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Optimization of machine and plant availability
  • Mechanical breakdowns (advantageous)
  • Fault finding, programming, and troubleshooting on PLC systems
  • Fault finding, programming, and troubleshooting on inverter systems
  • Working shifts and standby duties

Requirements

  • Matric with relevant qualification
  • Trade Tested Electrician certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Relevant trade qualification (e.g. National Diploma or higher)

Salary & Benefits

R11 500 – dependent on experience and qualifications
