As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction operations at various sites. We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong background in the field. Your leadership skills, extensive experience, and ability to make quick decisions are essential to ensure project success and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks
- Create schedules and ensure crew attendance
- Allocate responsibilities and supervise workers
- Ensure adequate resources and safety precautions
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor budget and resolve issues
- Report progress to managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman
- Deep knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Mathematical aptitude
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Physical fitness and stamina
- High school diploma or skilled trade diploma (e.g. electrician, carpenter)
