Personal Assistant required for a construction company based in East London
Maternity relief position (March June 2025)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operations.
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain office systems, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and organization
