About the Role

An established high-end restaurant in Groenkloof is seeking a senior kitchen manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of relevant experience in managing a kitchen, with a focus on stock management, variances, staff management, and stock reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels and monitor variances
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Prepare and submit stock reports to management

Requirements

  • 6 years of relevant restaurant kitchen management experience
  • Experience with point of sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

R 20 – 25 K net, depending on experience.
