Job Description

A contract catering company specialising in fully outsourced employee restaurants and canteens, is seeking an experience Contract Catering Sales Executive to secure new business in the Contract Catering Sector, support the business through the efficient management of tender and proposal processes and other sales related activities. • Minimum 6 years’ sales experience in a sales and business development function in the Contract Catering Sector -ESSENTIAL . • Must have current networks and relationships within the private sector and Government departments, and other sectors including Industrial, Mining, Corporate, Educational, Healthcare • Must be able to interact at senior levels across all sectors. • Sales and operations experience in outsourced food services, canteen and catering services. • Experience in negotiating contracts and submission of tenders and proposal • Abreast of current market trends • A passion for food and service excellence. own vehicle essential An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
