About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at a world-renowned luxury safari lodge based in Kruger National Park. As a key member of our front office leadership, you will support and relieve the Front Office Manager, overseeing Reception, Safari Shop, Massage, and Transfers departments. You will bring your passion for guest service, operational excellence, and luxury lodge standards to drive exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Reception and provide excellent guest services
  • Oversee daily operations of the Safari Shop and Massage department
  • Coordinate Transfers and ensure seamless guest transportation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office role within a 4 or 5-star luxury lodge
  • Previous assistant front office management or supervisory experience advantageous
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent guest service and hosting ability
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality-related field (no formal education required)

Salary & Benefits
