About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Fleet & Driver Supervisor to join our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our logistics and transport department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement communication and discipline to the Driver network
• Administration in the form of reports and contracts
• Keeping detailed records of services and maintenance on company vehicles
• Monitoring the company’s vehicles on the tracking system
• Checking weekly drivers forecasts
• Weekly and monthly vehicle inspections

Requirements

• 3 years experience in logistics, transport, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with drivers
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision

Qualifications

• Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
