We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand objectives. As a Graphic Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns. Lead design projects, ensuring they meet brand standards and client expectations. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to produce visually compelling materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions. Present Design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Maintain consistency of brand identity across all channels and materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative problem-solving skills. Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
