About the Role

Rad Resources is seeking a highly experienced Debtors Supervisor to join our team in Fourways, Gauteng. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for ensuring that billings and receivables are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will serve as a liaison between customers and controllers, assisting with equerries and resolutions, and providing accurate reports and analysis on financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner
• Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings
• Serves as a Liaison between customers and controllers to assist with equerries and resolutions
• Refers overdue accounts to collections
• Provides or facilitates accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics such as cash forecasting, sales statistics information, and monthly net sales reports.
• Assisting manager with analysis of data and reports
• Organizes monthly meetings with credit controllers to analyses the risk in the debtor’s ledger
• Adhoc/Rebate claims monthly
• Liability invoices for transporters
• Monthly rebate calculations for payments
• Liaising with the sales team to assist with customer queries

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• 10 years or more related experience in FMCG
• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Credit Management 5 or higher
• Sage X3 experience will be an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills
