About the Role
GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Rustenburg. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. With a strong understanding of the mining industry and excellent communication skills, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including site visits and meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall account performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager in the Mining Industry
- Relevant tertiary education required
- Proficient in computer applications essential
- Strong knowledge of screening products and technical support in mining and engineering sectors will be beneficial
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required

Cost to Company Salary Package of up to R 32 000 based on experience, plus commission. Company-provided cell phone and laptop.
