About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at CPG Trading, where you will play a crucial role in managing the Construction Roads Upgrade Project. With your expertise in contract management, risk mitigation, and project coordination, you will ensure that our clients’ needs are met while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of Construction Roads Upgrade Project
• Maintaining contractual documents
• Ensuring adherence to contract terms, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ensuring time and risk management, cost and material management as well as quality control
• Managing budgets, tracking project costs, and ensuring financial performance
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve issues

Requirements

• Must be active and professionally registered with ECSA and/or SACPCMP (Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng/Pr Techno/Pr CPM or PR CM only)
• Relevant work experience on roads, construction, and upgrades
• SANRAL experience will be advantageous
• Post registration: ECSA and/or SACPCMP-Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng (5years)-Pr Techno or Pr CPM or PR CM (8years)

Qualifications

• Completed relevant post-registration with a professional body of your choice
