About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual to manage Guest Relations and Front Office at our intimate bush camp in Greater Kruger, South Africa. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalised service, attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences for our guests from first contact to post-departure follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest relations and front office operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Process bookings, payments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and bookings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months lodge or hotel experience
- Strong admin, email, and computer skills
- Fluent English (additional languages beneficial)
- Valid drivers licence
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field (optional)
Salary & Benefits
- R10,000 per month (negotiable)
