Housekeeping Team Leader | Ras Al Khaimah UAE | Casino Staff Accommodation We are looking for HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER STAFF ACCOMMODATION SERVICE to join an exciting project coming to the UAE. The first-ever casino will be opening its doors in 2026. Currently; we are recruiting teams for the staff accommodation Position: Housekeeping Team Leader Staff Accommodation Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (110km north of Dubai) Availability: July 2026 Interview Mode: Online interviews scheduled for February 2026 Duties and Responsibilities Ensures the standards of cleanliness and appearance across all housekeeping areas, including guest rooms, staff accommodations, back-of-house lockers, and all public spaces, emphasizing surgical-level cleanliness in every detail. Implement rigorous and systematic deep-cleaning procedures on a regular basis to maintain an impeccable environment across all rooms and facilities. Performs opening and closing shift procedures and creates as well as adjusts daily and weekly shift schedules to integrate comprehensive cleaning initiatives. Establishes schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly deep-cleaning tasks, along with specialized cleaning projects and guest requests, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Conducts frequent and detailed inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and related spaces, focusing on identifying and rectifying any cleanliness concerns. Leads and manages the housekeeping staff, providing clear directions and setting ambitious yet achievable goals to enhance both employee performance and guest satisfaction. Stresses the importance of maintaining hygienic excellence under pressure while fostering a calm and collaborative team environment. Offers coaching, counseling, and performance reviews, ensuring staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards. Creates plans for special cleaning projects to address specific needs or seasonal requirements, ensuring all spaces remain pristine and welcoming. Requirements Bachelors in hospitality management preferred 2+ years housekeeping or related experience Pre-opening operations experience desirable Skilled in scheduling, inventory, and housekeeping systems Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and deep-cleaning techniques Familiar with health and safety standards in hospitality Strong leadership and team management abilities Coaching; counseling, performance reviews, and staff training skills Proven ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Expertise in creating and managing cleaning schedules Resilient and adaptable under pressure Physically able to perform cleaning tasks Flexible to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays Salary Package Basic AED 3 500 Additional bonus Accommodation All meals Medical insurance Annual paid leave Visa Flights To apply for Housekeeping Team Leader | Ras Al Khaimah UAE | Casino Staff Accommodation, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
