About the Role
Kethelo Group is seeking reliable and efficient Pickers and Packers to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory shelves, packing items securely, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on customer orders or packing lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label packages correctly and ensure that all items in an order are accounted for.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery, maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy in order processing.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent (no formal education required)
