About the Role
KETHELO GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ADMIN CLERK to join our team in Cape Town. As an Admin Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and filing
- Answering calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries professionally
- Capturing, updating, and maintaining records
- Assisting with document preparation and printing
- Providing daily administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Previous experience in Waterproofing or Construction will be advantageous
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Waterproofing or Construction is an advantage, but not required.
- High school certificate or equivalent is a requirement.
