Job Description
SIGNAGE CO-ORDINATOR/EAST LONDON The Signage Coordinator will manage the design, production, and installation of various types of signage, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and project specifications. This role involves coordinating with designers, vendors, and stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining quality control throughout the process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Working knowledge of signage materials, production methods, and installation techniques.
- Understanding of brand guidelines, codes, and accessibility standards
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Signage Design & Production
- Creating and designing signage, often using existing branded templates, while ensuring accuracy and consistency in design.
- Preparing files for print and coordinating design approvals.
- Managing the production and installation of signage, including logistics and setup.
- Maintaining a clear inventory of signage assets and locations.
Project Management
- Overseeing the entire signage lifecycle, from initial concept to final installation.
- Working with marketing and other teams to ensure signage aligns with overall project goals.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources for signage projects.
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for production and installation.
Quality Control
- Ensuring all signage meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Adhering to relevant codes, standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Conducting site surveys and inspections to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
Communication & Collaboration
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including designers, project managers, tenants and suppliers.
- Communicating project updates, timelines, and requirements to relevant parties.
- Maintaining clear communication channels and fostering positive working relationships.
Other Responsibilities
- May be involved in developing and implementing signage logistics plans.
- May be responsible for ordering materials and managing inventory for various properties and companies.
- May assist with the distribution of other marketing collateral.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
