Join a Leading Nursery Provider in Africa
We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to provide exceptional after-sales support, machine maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for clients across South Africa and other African regions. This opportunity is ideal for a young, ambitious, and mechanically inclined technician who enjoys travelling, problem-solving, and working with advanced nursery automation equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain nursery automation machines and equipment

Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues

Conduct preventative maintenance and provide client training

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems

Deliver on-site and remote technical support

Travel extensively to client sites across Africa
Requirements

N6 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical principles

Exposure to PLC systems (Siemens experience advantageous)

Valid passport and willingness to travel regularly
