Your responsibilities will include quantifying work, preparing tender documents, managing subcontractor contracts, and performing cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on site-based roles
- Familiarity with construction contracts, particularly FIDIC and JBCC
- Experience in preparing and analyzing budgets and cost reports
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as CostX or Buildsmart
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
