Job Description

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment Exposure to production planning, materials planning, or supply chain coordination Relevant degree, diploma, or certificate Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of ERP systems advantageous (SYSPRO advantageous) Basic lean manufacturing knowledge an advantage Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities: Assist with production planning and control to ensure on-time delivery Prepare and support operations plans (OPS) and MRP forecasting Generate daily production plans and reschedule as required Monitor and report production vs plan performance Assist with WIP control , job variance analysis, and corrective action plans Support monthly stock takes (raw materials and work-in-progress) Coordinate dispatch and transport planning for finished goods Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding delivery dates and service levels Maintain accurate planning, production, and stock records Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain How to Apply:
