About the Role
Our Client, Tower Group, is seeking a highly qualified Head of Marketing to lead and manage a Marketing Unit responsible for both online and offline direct marketing to voters. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in a senior marketing-related role, with a relevant tertiary qualification, and excellent copywriting and proofing content skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a Marketing Unit responsible for both online and offline direct marketing to voters
- Managing paid media placements across media platforms
- Conceptualising, writing and overseeing execution of marketing material
- Defining and positioning the party’s brand, appropriate for winning votes in diverse markets in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
- Developing and executing on marketing strategy in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 years experience in a senior marketing-related role
- Experience in copywriting and proofing content
- Experience in social media management
- Experience in media buying
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
