Job Description

As the Risk Manager , youll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across digital operations, payments, fraud, cyber, compliance, and third-party environments helping the business scale safely, smartly, and sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise risk management framework aligned to a dynamic e-commerce environment Identify and assess operational, financial, cyber, fraud, regulatory, and technology risks Partner with business, tech, finance, and compliance teams to embed risk-aware decision-making Oversee fraud risk, payments risk, and third-party/vendor risk across platforms Develop and monitor risk indicators, dashboards, and reporting for senior management Lead risk assessments for new products, digital initiatives, and process changes Support regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to online trading and digital payments Drive a strong risk culture while enabling innovation and growth What Were Looking For: Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Professional qualification (advantageous) Proven experience in risk management within the e-commerce, fintech, digital, retail, or tech-enabled environments Strong understanding of operational risk, fraud risk, cyber risk, and regulatory frameworks Experience working closely with technology and data teams Analytical, commercially minded, and solutions-driven Confident communicator who can influence at all levels Why This Role?: Be part of a high-growth, digital-first business Influence real decision-making in a fast-paced environment Work with cutting-edge platforms, data, and technology Collaborative culture that values innovation, ownership, and impact Ready to Make an Impact?
