The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site activities, managing daily logistics processes, and maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities
- Ensure logistics processes run smoothly
- Fix issues when performance drops
- Plan and oversee all site work
- Staff Management
- Schedule and allocate staff
- Monitor performance and hold one-on-one meetings
- Enforce company rules and attendance
- Handle disciplinary matters
- Admin & Compliance
- Manage timesheets and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with client and company standards
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Processes & SOPs
- Ensure staff follow procedures
- Improve processes where needed
- Train staff on correct procedures
- Health & Safety
- Maintain safety files and compliance
- Conduct safety talks and training
- Ensure proper PPE usage
- Client Relations
- Act as main contact for the client
- Maintain strong working relationships
- Resolve and escalate issues when needed
- Daily Control
- Do regular site inspections
- Manage shift handovers and daily plans
- Track equipment and assets
