About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the cultivation, maintenance, and production of sugar cane, timber, and citrus crops on our farm in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and experience working with multiple crops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our farm, managing day-to-day activities, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sugar cane, timber, and citrus crop production
  • Monitor and maintain soil health and irrigation systems
  • Oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery
  • Lead a team of farm workers to achieve daily goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in agricultural field
