Key Responsibilities: Perform fibre splicing, termination, and testing using OTDRs, power meters, and related tools. Connect FTTH and FTTB clients to the GPON network. Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimal fibre network performance. Use network designs, schematics, and technical drawings to complete accurate installations. Maintain detailed records of splicing work, test results, and submit as‑built documents. End‑to‑end enterprise link‑building experience is highly valued. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to meet deadlines and project goals. Job Experience and Skills Required: 3 years experience in fibre optic splicing, installation, and testing. Technical certifications (FOA and CFOT) preferred. High School Diploma required. Proficient with OTDRs, power meters, and fusion splicers. Strong knowledge of fibre standards, specs, and best practices. Experience with underground and aerial installation techniques.
