About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Management Couple for a renowned luxury game lodge located in the Welgevorden Game Reserve. This is an incredible opportunity for a couple with a passion for hospitality, conservation, and remote lodge life.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest experience and front-of-house operations
- Manage check-ins, hosting duties, and daily guest liaison
- Supervise housekeeping and dining service standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and lodge admin
- Support training and motivation of lodge team
- Maintain vehicles, generators, water systems, and infrastructure
- Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a management couple in a game lodge or remote hospitality environment
- Strong people skills, leadership qualities, and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage under pressure
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of lodge systems (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licenses (PDP advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R20,000 R24,000 per month (combined, negotiable depending on experience)
