About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Sabi Game Reserve. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception area, greet guests, and provide information about the reserve
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily charges, special requests, and room checks
- Maintain stock control, manage curio and bar sales controls, and conduct daily checks on inventory levels
- Assist with orders for various departments, process guest payments, and handle all Front of House related procedures
- Develop strong relationships with guests, responding to their needs and preferences
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a luxury lodge or similar hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Needs to be Computer literate in MS Office suite
- Experience with Pastel (beneficial)
- Outgoing, friendly, and well-groomed candidate
Qualifications
- Hospitality qualification (beneficial)
Salary & Benefits
R 10 -12 000 per month, live-in meals included. Starting Date: ASAP
