About the Role
Seigo Staffing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Rentals Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs of rental properties, ensuring a high level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of rental properties to identify maintenance needs
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
- Work with prefab / modular building materials and equipment
- Coordinate staff and contractors to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHSM) regulations
- Manage maintenance schedules and budgets
Requirements
- Matric or Equivalent Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Rentals Maintenance
- Plumbing experience
- Electrical experience
- Prefab / modular building or similar experience
- Staff co ordinating experience
- Manufacturing and maintenance experience
- Knowledge of OHSM
- Computer literate
