SPA HOST & GUESTS LIAISON ADMINISTRATOR PRIVATE RESORT & WELLNESS SPA | South Africa – (ZA) START: March 2026 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 20:00 (shifts apply) 3 Weeks ON / 1 Week OFF REPORTS TO: SPA Manager / Assistant SPA Manager / GM / CEO SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R15,000 – R20,000 per month / NEG (Based on desired experience) Retail Commission Company Benefits (Medical Aid, UIF, PF, etc) Company accommodation (shared amenities) | No children / pets WiFi Laundry Staff Meals / Meals Allowance International training & traveling incentives Annual Leave MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate Preferred – Internationally accredited certification in SPA / Beauty / Skin Care / Wellness / Holistic Body Therapies / Hospitality At least 2 full years in a front of house role (reception / guest liaison) SPA Reception experience of a luxury Hotel or Day Spa property – essential (Day Spa, Hotel Spa, Cruise Ship Spa or Lodge) Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write) – we deal with international, UHNW, clients SPA Bookings system confident – you must be computer literate and able to navigate booking systems Confident using MS Outlook, WhatsApp, Social Media correspondence Highly presentable and beautifully groomed – your presence must exude Premium Spa, Luxury & Exclusivity EXPERIENCE: Guest Relations / Spa Administration / Receptionist employment experience in a 5-star SPA environment (Hotel, Resort or Cruise Ship) High-end, luxury hospitality experience (front-facing department) Knowledge & understanding of Spa industry & the lingo (describe treatments accordingly) Exceptional guest/patient relations Prior experience as a spa therapist is advantageous Prior experience working with UHNW clients KPI: Guest Experience & Front-of-House Excellence Spa Coordination & Scheduling Operational Oversight Sales, Stock & Administration Team Dynamics Representing the brand SKILLS & ABILITIES: A natural host/ess with an authentic passion for guest care. Self-motivated, dependable, and solution oriented. Calm and composed under pressure, with strong attention to detail. A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.
