MINIMMUM REQUIREMENTS National Diploma/ Degree in HR Previous Agricultural related experience At least 3 years experience in operational environment, preferably agriculture Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word) Previous HR experience essential Must have strong management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with and motivate a team Valid Drivers license DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO All HR functions Staff wellbeing Employment Equity Recruitment Skills audits Skill Development Enforce Company Disciplinary Code Liaise with our Labour Lawyer Facilitate Disciplinary hearings Represent the company at the CCMA Liaise with Unions Administrative Duties Compiling of Job Profiles Manage Staff Contracts Manage the Biometric System Manage and capture attendance register Capture data on Sage Payroll Professional Good knowledge of Sage Accounting will be an advantage Excel Advance capabilities Compile monthly wages Assist and support Farm Business Manager Manage Provident Fund Fluency in Xhosa language would be a bonus ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted.
