Job Description
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0).
- Knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC, Position Mgmt.).
- Recruiting process knowledge.
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Strong commitment to quality.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).
- Integration Center and CPI knowledge are beneficial.
- Experience with Opportunity Marketplace and Premium AI features.
- Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors.
- Exposure to multinational work environments.
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
