Job Description
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager with day-to-day product and brand management tasks
- Place and track product orders, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate product databases and systematically catalogue products
- Prepare and coordinate product range samples
- Compile and analyse reports on product performance, inventory levels, and sales insights
- Work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks to ensure efficient brand operations
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability, with confidence in working with sales data and performance reports
- Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive team player with a solid work ethic and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field, completed or in progress
- Two to three years’ experience in a Brand Assistant, Design Assistant, Junior Buyer, or Buying Assistant role
- Motivated to learn and grow with a clear ambition to progress into a Brand Manager role within three to five years
