Job Description
As the Shared Services Controller, your duties and responsible include the following:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, providing clear, sound financial advice and guidance
Lead and manage the Shared Services team
Drive performance, clear communication, and the development of high-potential talent
Oversee AR, AP, Treasury, Cashbook, and Cashflow functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Ensure robust financial controls, safeguarding of assets, and accurate, timely financial reporting
Drive continuous improvement through business process innovation, system enhancement, automation, and standardized workflows
Review and optimize finance and operational systems, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and efficiency gains
Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of SOPs across AR, AP and Treasury to ensure consistency and compliance
Champion change management initiatives and collaborate with IT and external vendors to successfully implement new systems and processes
Skills & Experience:
5-8 years of experience running the AP and AR function
Team management experience would be highly advantageous
Experience developing and implementing SOPs, system improvements and automations
Qualification:
Completed qualification in finance or accounting
