A highperformance global apparel brand, proudly rooted in South Africa with its own stateoftheart manufacturing facility and a team of 200+ passionate people, is searching for a seasoned Financial Manager to join its dynamic Head Office team.
This is a handson, impact-heavy leadership role where you’ll partner directly with Csuite leaders and play a critical part in steering the company’s global expansion across Europe, the UK, and Australia.

? What You’ll Lead & Own
- Full leadership of the finance function, ensuring precision, control, and clear financial visibility across the business
- Overseeing month-end, year-end, management reporting, and audits for the South African entity
- Preparing and reviewing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models for executive decision-making
- Maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, funders, and external advisors
- Managing intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and supporting group consolidations
- Applying transfer pricing principles and ensuring accurate intercompany billing
- Driving financial modelling, scenario planning, and expansion strategies
- Strengthening cost accounting, manufacturing controls, and margin analysis
- Enhancing systems use (including Xero) to drive better automation, accuracy, and integration across finance, inventory, and planning functions
- Collaborating with merchandise, operations, and systems teams to sharpen planning, stock control, and pricing decisions
- Identifying gaps and inefficiencies — and implementing smart, practical solutions
? What You Bring
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (essential)
- A professional qualification (CIMA or CA) — highly advantageous
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior finance or financial management role within a product, FMCG, or manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Expertise in intercompany accounting, group consolidations, and multientity structures
- Exposure to international tax, VAT, and excise (bonus!)
- Experience in merchandise or demand planning (advantageous)
- Sharp analytical and modelling skills
- Credibility and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders, auditors, and financial partners
- A calm, detailoriented approach balanced with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get operational
