Bethlehem: Area Manager / Sales & Technical Representative

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager / Sales & Technical Representative to join our team in Bethlehem, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sales and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings with clients and growers
• Provide technical support and advice on crop management and production
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the area

Requirements

• Matric
• Minimum 3 years of agricultural sales experience
• Agricultural qualification (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of maize, potatoes, sunflower, soybeans, or groundnuts
• Familiarity with the Free State region and local growers (strong advantage)
