About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Sales Operations to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Implement and maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry
- Grade 12 with numerical ability
- PC literacy
- Valid Code C1 licence
- PDP (Proof of Driving Capability)
- Minimum of 2 years experience using in-house vehicle tracking systems
- Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma (advantageous)
