About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join their high-performing Private Clients team in Northcliff. As a key support role, this position requires accuracy, coordination, and proactive client service. If you’re driven, meticulous, and thrive under pressure, this could be your next big move.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning support and providing full administrative support to Wealth Managers
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
- Coordinate account openings, investment transactions, and policy reviews
- Handle scheduling, diary management, and travel arrangements
- Respond timeously to client and internal queries
- Apply regulatory knowledge (FICA/FAIS) in all operations
- Assist with switches, top-ups, and preparation for client reviews
Requirements
- BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning / Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics) or relevant BSc Degree
- CFP and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning
- 2+ years relevant work experience as a Paraplanner
- Strong working knowledge of FICA and FSCA regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail with a methodical work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
