About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist: Landlord Relationship to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex landlord relationships, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with contract management and basic contract law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex landlord disputes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with property legislation and leasing policies
- Provide guidance on relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution
Requirements
- Relevant 3 year Degree / National Diploma / Equivalent experience in Property, Town Planning, Law, or relevant Built Environment qualification
- Understanding of basic business principles and property legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role or negotiating experience
- 3 – 5 years working with property/base stations/telecoms (Desirable)
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Property, Town Planning, Law, or relevant Built Environment qualification
